Role Description:
The role will involve handling customer calls/WhatsApp/email and resolving queries instantly with satisfaction. Go deep for unsolved queries and do needful to co-ordinate with respective teams to get queries sorted with quick-TAT. It will also require out-bound activities to get customer insights, feedback and written/video review to increase brand authority. Role may involve co-ordinating with vendors and internal technical/business teams to bring top-notch customer experience.
Skillsets & requirements:
Ideal for candidates with 2-5 years of customer support experience in E-commerce/digital services profile. It's Ahmedabad based role.
