Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive RSVP Customer Support Executive to manage event registrations, confirmations, and guest coordination. The role involves handling invitee communication, maintaining RSVP data, and ensuring smooth attendee management before and during events.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage RSVP calls, WhatsApp, emails, and online registrations for events
Confirm guest attendance and follow up with pending invitees
Maintain and update RSVP databases, guest lists, and reports
Coordinate with the events, operations, and marketing teams
Handle attendee queries related to registration, venue, agenda, and timings
Share regular RSVP status reports with internal stakeholders
Assist during event days with on-site registration and guest coordination
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications:
Graduate or equivalent qualification
1 year of experience in RSVP handling, event coordination, or customer support
Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and client interaction
Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, or event software
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Female candidates preferred
