Job Description: Customer Support Executive
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Address customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the agreed time limits.
• Follow up to ensure resolution and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Proactively identify and report recurring issues to help improve processes and products.
• Stay updated on company products/services to provide accurate information to customers.
Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication skills in English (and regional language, if applicable).
• Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Proficiency in using customer support tools and software (or willingness to learn).
