Job Description: Customer Support Executive

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience. If you have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

Address customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the agreed time limits.

Follow up to ensure resolution and maintain customer satisfaction.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Proactively identify and report recurring issues to help improve processes and products.

Stay updated on company products/services to provide accurate information to customers.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

Strong communication skills in English (and regional language, if applicable).

Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.

Proficiency in using customer support tools and software (or willingness to learn).
