About the Role
We are hiring Customer Service Executives (CSEs) for Chat and Email Support. This is a non-voice role focused on assisting customers through written communication, resolving queries efficiently, and delivering a professional and seamless service experience.
Compensation
- CTC: ₹3.36 LPA
- Compensation is subject to applicable deductions as per company policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via chat and email support
- Provide timely, accurate, and quality-driven responses
- Resolve customer issues with empathy, professionalism, and clarity
- Maintain and update customer records and interaction logs
- Meet defined KPIs such as response time, quality scores, and productivity
- Adhere to company policies, processes, and service standards
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Basic computer proficiency
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
- Prior BPO/customer support experience is an added advantage but not mandatory
Shift & Break Details
- 10-hour total shift duration, which includes:
- 9 working hours + 1-hour break
- Rotational shifts may include:
- Morning
- Afternoon
- Evening
- Night
- Candidates must be flexible and comfortable working in all shift rotations
Additional Information
- Training will be provided prior to role deployment for first two months and salary will be provided for training.
- Employment will be governed by company policies and guidelines.
