We are currently recruiting on behalf of a premier Dubai-based firm to find talent capable of delivering high-impact client service and lead management.

Role Description

We are looking for a proactive Customer Support Executive who will act as a vital link between the company and its growing client base. This is a dynamic role that combines high-level customer service with active Inbound and Outbound lead management. You will not just be answering questions; you will be nurturing leads, qualifying business opportunities, and maintaining regular communication cycles to ensure client retention and growth.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead Handling: Effectively manage and qualify Inbound leads while conducting strategic Outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
  • Active Communication: Maintain a regular cadence of communication through professional calls and text/messaging platforms to provide project updates and resolve concerns.
  • Strategic Support: Deliver exceptional support for technical services, including Web Development and Digital Marketing queries.
  • Relationship Management: Proactively follow up with leads to ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to active client.
  • CRM Excellence: Update and manage the CRM database with precision, ensuring all lead interactions are documented for the strategy team.

  • Qualifications
    • Experience: 13 years in Customer Support, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation.
    • Communication: Exceptional English speaking and writing skills; ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
    • Mindset: A Service-First attitude with the persistence required for outbound lead management.
    • Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and familiarity with CRM software / calling software etc
    • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
