Key Responsibilities

Make outbound and inbound calls to customers and leads

Explain company products and services clearly to clients

Generate and follow up on sales leads

Assist in digital marketing activities such as:

Social media posting and basic content support

Lead generation through online platforms

WhatsApp and email marketing support

Maintain customer data and call records

Coordinate with the sales team for daily activities

Support basic reporting and follow-ups

Eligibility & Requirements:

Degree in, MBA, B-tech, MCA and BCA or a related field is a plus

Fresher or 06 months of experience

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
