We are seeking a full-time Customer Support Executive for our on-site location in Mumbai. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting product-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and engaging with customers through various online platforms. You will be responsible for representing the company's values and ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service to address and resolve client queries effectively.
• Experience in enhancing Customer Satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
• Strong skills in Online Support and communication to engage with customers across digital platforms.
• Familiarity with Technical Support to address product-related concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a customer-centric focus.
• Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English and other regional languages is a plus.
