Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve issues promptly with empathy and expertise.
- Maintain high NPS (Net Promoter Score) through effective communication and service.
- Apply knowledge of automobile service, specifically as a Service Advisor or ITI Mechanic, to assist customers.
Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of automobile service and mechanics.
- Experience as a Service Advisor or a background as an ITI Motor Mechanic.
- Strong skills in managing customer queries and resolving issues.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
