We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Customer Support Executives to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to start their career in customer service and make a positive impact on our customers experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
