Job Description

Accenture is looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer interactions for global clients. The role involves providing timely, accurate, and professional support through voice, chat, or email channels while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer queries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve customer issues related to products, services, billing, or technical support
  • Provide accurate information by following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Document all customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
  • Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Adhere to company policies, data security, and compliance standards
  • Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required

Eligibility / Qualifications

  • Graduate or Undergraduate (PUC + 3 years of education preferred for international process)
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1–5 years of customer support experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple applications
  • Willingness to work in 24×7 shifts
