Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Support Executive for our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, coordinating with internal departments, ensuring smooth customer communication, and providing excellent post-sales support to maintain customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, CRM, Accounts, Legal, Projects, and Site teams for customer support activities.
- Manage customer documentation, agreements, payment follow-ups, possession-related coordination, and handover formalities.
- Provide project updates and timely communication regarding construction progress, possession schedules, and documentation requirements.
- Resolve escalations professionally within defined timelines.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/software regularly.
- Assist customers with registration, possession process, and post-possession support.
- Prepare MIS reports related to customer concerns and resolution status.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
