KEY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Handle critical accounts with professionalism and empathy, ensuring high satisfaction and prompt issue resolution.
  • Manage inbound, outbound, and email conversations with clients, providing timely updates and clear information.
  • Provide basic technical support, including:
  • Basic troubleshooting and assistance with Excel and standard ticketing systems.
  • Logging, tracking, and resolving support requests, escalating complex issues as required.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions in ticketing software, maintaining accurate records.
  • Maintain a professional communication styleboth verbal and writtenwith a focus on customer service and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenging issues and ensure workflow efficiency.

Role Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer orientation.
  • Capability to work under pressure while managing time effectively.
  • Willingness to learn new tools and upgrade technical know-how as per business needs.
  • Basic proficiency with MS Excel and familiarity with ticketing systems.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION

  • Graduation/Basic degree in B. com or related field
  • MBA (Finance) preferred
