KEY RESPONSIBILITES
- Handle critical accounts with professionalism and empathy, ensuring high satisfaction and prompt issue resolution.
- Manage inbound, outbound, and email conversations with clients, providing timely updates and clear information.
- Provide basic technical support, including:
- Basic troubleshooting and assistance with Excel and standard ticketing systems.
- Logging, tracking, and resolving support requests, escalating complex issues as required.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in ticketing software, maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain a professional communication styleboth verbal and writtenwith a focus on customer service and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenging issues and ensure workflow efficiency.
Role Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer orientation.
- Capability to work under pressure while managing time effectively.
- Willingness to learn new tools and upgrade technical know-how as per business needs.
- Basic proficiency with MS Excel and familiarity with ticketing systems.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION
- Graduation/Basic degree in B. com or related field
- MBA (Finance) preferred
