Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide prompt, professional, and empathetic responses to customer inquiries and technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical problems, including system checks, server reboots, and software-related queries.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of escalated issues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and support activities in the ticketing system.
- Monitor and follow up on open issues to ensure customer satisfaction and closure.
- Stay updated with company products, services, and processes to provide informed assistance.
- Meet or exceed key performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
