We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide prompt, professional, and empathetic responses to customer inquiries and technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical problems, including system checks, server reboots, and software-related queries.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of escalated issues.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and support activities in the ticketing system.
  • Monitor and follow up on open issues to ensure customer satisfaction and closure.
  • Stay updated with company products, services, and processes to provide informed assistance.
  • Meet or exceed key performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

General Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Quick learner with a proactive and adaptive attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (technical background is an advantage).

Work Schedule & Location

  • Type: Full-time, On-site
  • Location: Hyderabad, India
  • Shift: Night Shift
  • Working Days: 5 days
