We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, ensuring their inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and effectively. Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
Skills and Qualifications
