We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, ensuring their inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and effectively. This role requires a customer-oriented mindset and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Proficient in using customer support software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards customer service.
