Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support Executive position based in Gurgaon. The role involves assisting customers by addressing their queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing technical support for the company's operations. Responsibilities include resolving customer issues efficiently, offering exemplary customer service, and maintaining a strong commitment to enhancing the customer experience. Collaboration with internal teams to continuously improve processes will be an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in Online Support and handling customer queries and complaints
