Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Interface with customers via email and inbound calls to resolve routine product or service issues
  • Greet customers courteously, professionally, and in line with standard procedures
  • Clarify customer requirements by probing and confirming understanding of issues

Candidate Profile

  • Graduation is mandatory with at least 1 year of experience in a blended process
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible to work in a 24/7 environment (day/night shifts for boys and day shift for girls)

Requirements

  • Prior experience in BPO sales or customer service is highly desirable
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and objection handling
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
  • Graduation is a must
