ienergizer noida is hiring for Go magenta

US Telecom Blended Process (70% chat & 30% voice),

any graduate or undergrad. with minimum 06 months of international chat/email or

blended process and with good communication and written skills can apply,

5 days a week working with rotational shifts and rotational offs., no cab,

salary - Rs.45000 ctc and Rs.38400 inhand (for more than 1 year of exp.) and

Rs.40000 ctc and Rs.33400 inhand (for 06 months to 01 year of exp.), work from

Job Description

As a Customer Service Executive for the Go Magenta process, you will be responsible for managing

both chat and voice interactions, ensuring customer queries are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and issues through chat (70%) and voice (30%).
  • Proactively manage chat flows to resolve customer concerns.
  • Maintain a good Average Handling Time (AHT) while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer interactions under pressure with professionalism and composure.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

Education: Graduates preferred.

Experience: Undergraduates with a minimum of 6 months BPO, blended, or chat experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work graveyard shifts.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Working Conditions:

Schedule: 5 days working with 2 rotational days off each week.
