Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer interactions through voice and non-voice (email/chat) channels
  • Understand customer concerns and provide timely and effective resolutions
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain professionalism in all interactions
  • Accurately document customer details and follow up as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and improve service delivery
