Working days: Monday to Saturday

Shifts: Rotational (Includes Night shift)

Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in customer service and a passion for helping customers solve their issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone & email in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the support system.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve service delivery and address customer needs.
• Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and customer suggestions for product improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
