Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Professional located in Bengaluru South. The position involves responding to customer inquiries via voice support, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction, and delivering excellent service. Individuals in this role will address customer concerns promptly and professionally, troubleshoot technical problems when necessary, and contribute to improving the overall customer experience through effective communication and resolution skills.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Customer Support and a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
  • Effective Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Experience in Technical Support with the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
  • Empathy, patience, and a customer-centric approach
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
  • Prior experience in BPO, KPO, or similar domains is preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year to 6 years of experience in a customer support role
