Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused
Customer Support Associate to handle inbound and outbound voice interactions related to store sales. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Hindi, possess excellent communication skills, and maintain a professional and presentable personality while interacting with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through voice calls related to store sales and services
- Provide accurate information about products, offers, and store availability
- Assist customers in the sales process and encourage conversions
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
- Maintain proper call records and update customer information in the system
- Coordinate with internal store teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet daily and monthly performance and sales targets
Requirements & Skills
- 2 to 5 years of experience in customer support or voice-based sales process
- Hindi speaking is mandatory (additional languages will be an advantage)
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities
- Presentable personality with a professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
