Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding orders, returns, payments, and general queries.
  • Provide timely and effective resolutions ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to e-commerce transactions.
  • Escalate unresolved issues as per SOPs and follow up for closure.
  • Maintain accurate logs and adhere to process quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum1 year of experienceininternational voice process(preferably in E-commerce/Customer Support).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.
  • Willingness to work inUS night shifts.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
