Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Associate located in Kolkata. In this position, you will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional service experiences. Additional responsibilities include assisting with sales, providing product or service training to customers, and ensuring feedback is captured effectively to enhance processes.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Experience, and Customer Service
- Ability to assist with Sales and effectively communicate product or service value to customers
- Experience in facilitating Training to improve user understanding of products or processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service platforms is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred
