Job Title: Customer Support Executive/ Telecaller Executive - Healthcare Process

Work Location: Wagle Industrial Estate, Thane

Job Description:

We are hiring Telecaller Executives for our Thane (Wagle Estate) office. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound/inbound calls, explaining products/services to customers, and maintaining call records.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
  • Explain company products/services clearly
  • Follow up with interested customers
  • Maintain call records and basic reporting
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling targets

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass (Graduates preferred)
  • Good communication skills in Hindi (English/Marathi is a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of calling process
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
