Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in customer service, with a passion for helping customers and resolving their issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Assist international airline customers with queries related to reservations, bookings, cancellations, refunds, and general inquiries.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
  • Process customer requests via calls.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and airline policies.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Undergraduate dropouts.
  • Candidates with a minimum of 6 months in BPO.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment (including night shifts).
  • 5 days working, 2 rotational offs
