Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in customer service, with a passion for helping customers and resolving their issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Assist international airline customers with queries related to reservations, bookings, cancellations, refunds, and general inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
- Process customer requests via calls.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and airline policies.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Undergraduate dropouts.
- Candidates with a minimum of 6 months in BPO.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment (including night shifts).
- 5 days working, 2 rotational offs
