Associate Manager ERP Applications

Responsibilities:

• Team Management Support: Assist in managing a team responsible for package software application development within the ERP domain.
• Project & Resource Management: Support project execution and resource allocation for ERP application initiatives.
• Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with senior management on departmental objectives related to ERP applications.
• Software Solution Delivery: Contribute to the timely delivery of ERP software solutions.
• Technical Assistance & Quality: Provide technical assistance to team members, participate in code reviews, and maintain coding standards.
• Communication & Coordination: Coordinate communication within the team and with other departments to ensure smooth project flow.
• Problem Solving: Help identify and resolve project challenges encountered during ERP application development and implementation.

Required Skills:
