Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience in international customer support preferred
  • Ability to handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Note: BE, B-Tech, BSC, or PG Freshers are not eligible to apply
