Customer Success Manager

Liaison with internal & external stakeholders including Design & Engineering, marketing, R&D, Sales, Prod^ from the Client's team.

Assist in onboarding of new Clients & ensuring they have understood the nature of services & address their concerns.

Required Candidate profile

Ensuring proactive support required for customer retention and growth.

Excellent communications and inter-personal skills.

Ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
