About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to support creators and businesses using Graphy, our creator-tech SaaS platform. In this role, you will own post-onboarding customer relationships, drive product adoption, identify growth opportunities, and ensure long-term customer retention for our US-based customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage customer relationships post-onboarding, acting as the primary point of contact
- Drive product adoption by understanding customer goals and ensuring successful platform usage
- Proactively manage renewals, identify account upgrade opportunities, and minimize churn
- Develop and execute customer success plans to maximize value realization
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell initiatives
- Handle customer escalations with a solution-oriented approach to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with Product, Support, and internal teams to relay customer feedback and improve the overall customer experience
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Support
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with SaaS platforms; EdTech experience is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working onsite during US shift timings
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on outcomes and long-term value
