Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Customer Success Manager located in Mumbai. The Customer Success Manager will focus on ensuring customer satisfaction, building long-term relationships, and improving customer retention. Daily tasks include managing client interactions, understanding customer needs, resolving issues promptly, and fostering positive relationships to ensure a seamless experience for clients.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in a similar role or a customer-focused environment is preferred
