CTC: 56 LPA

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client onboarding and act as the primary point of contact
  • Own assigned accounts end-to-end, ensuring smooth and timely delivery
  • Coordinate with internal teams including CAD, rendering, and production
  • Track timelines, align expectations, and proactively resolve issues
  • Drive client satisfaction, retention, and long-term relationship growth

  • Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in handling multiple accounts in a service-based setup
  • Process-oriented mindset with high attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of design, technology, or delivery workflows
