Key Responsibilities
- Manage client onboarding and act as the primary point of contact
- Own assigned accounts end-to-end, ensuring smooth and timely delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams including CAD, rendering, and production
- Track timelines, align expectations, and proactively resolve issues
- Drive client satisfaction, retention, and long-term relationship growth
