We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a strong ability to close deals, maintain customer satisfaction, and achieve set sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Schedule and conduct a set number of client meetings per week to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with clients to close deals successfully.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client meetings, and interactions in CRM software (zoho).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in B.E. or B.E. + MBA.
  • 01 year of experience in sales or account management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to close deals and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and sales techniques.
