Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree
2. Have 1-4 years of customer-facing experience (Success, Account Management, or Support)
3. Are fluent in English, Hindi, and at least one South Indian language (preferred)
4. Can handle multiple accounts and stay organized under pressure
5. Are patient, empathetic, and able to communicate clearly with small business owners
6. Have a strong sense of ownership and a problem-solving attitude
7. Bonus: Experience in SaaS, CRM tools, or SMB software support
8. We are a software product company. Every candidate is expected to be fluent in computer skills.
