Role Description

The International Customer Support role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support. The candidate will also be responsible for identifying and solving problems using analytical thinking while maintaining high-quality service standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients.
  • Experience in Technical Support with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Analytical Skills to diagnose problems and propose solutions effectively.
  • Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, diverse workplace and provide service to international clients.
  • Previous experience in customer or technical support roles is preferred.
