Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Client Success Associate (also listed under Customer Success Associate / Junior Client Success Manager for searchability) to manage and nurture client relationships after the sale. The ideal candidate will ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes, driving satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients in the US and UK markets
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of products/services
- Understand client goals and align solutions to meet their business needs
- Monitor client health, engagement, and satisfaction levels
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the sales team
- Handle client queries, issues, and escalations promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, support) to resolve client needs
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and performance metrics
- Prepare reports and provide insights on client success KPIs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or tech sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluency in English required)
- Experience working with US/UK clients is a strong advantage
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS or tech-based products/services
- Understanding of sales pipelines and customer lifecycle
- Exposure to international markets (US/UK)
- Ability to work in night shifts or overlapping time zones
