Designation: Associate Consultant- Customer Success
Experience: 1-3 years experience in Customer Success or software Implementation.
Location: Chennai, Mumbai, and Delhi
Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts confidently.
- Clear and persuasive communication across email, calls, and meetings.
- Ability to understand customer business workflows and translate them into product adoption strategies.
- Solid analytical thinking to identify usage gaps, risks, and upsell opportunities.
- Skilled in expectation management, escalation handling, and business reviews.
- Fast learner who can quickly grasp new features and guide customers through changes.
- Structured documentation skills for capturing meeting notes, success plans, and customer insights.
- Strong ownership mindset proactive in preventing churn and ensuring value delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand product features and capabilities in different modules.
- Ensure customers achieve measurable value and sustained product adoption across all modules.
- Conduct Periodic reviews to guide customers through best practices.
- Identify usage gaps, risks, and opportunities for upsell or expansion.
- Manage customer accounts end-to-end, including expectations, escalations, and stakeholder alignment
- Track customer health and usage levels; take proactive steps to prevent churn.
- Coordinate internally with product, engineering, sales, and finance teams to drive customer outcomes
- Roll out new features to customers, including communication, training, and adoption tracking.
- Drive payment follow-ups and collections in collaboration with the finance team
- Gather and structure customer feedback; recommend improvements to product and processes.
- Capture customer success stories and case studies to showcase impact.
