Servicing of Analytical Instruments like AAS, Spectrophotometers, Flame Photometer etc. For allotted territory

Attend all breakdown calls and closure within the assigned service response time by proper allocation of time to achieve customer satisfaction

Should take complete ownership of the service delivery process for the assigned customer base

Try to achieve the assigned Sales & Service and spares targets.

Try to achieve the assigned Sales & Service and spare targets.

Keeping track of payment collections for the transactions done for the assigned customer base.
