Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive with experience in outbound calling, preferably within the nutraceutical, wellness, or healthcare industry. The role involves engaging with customers, driving product awareness, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to:
- Follow up on inquiries and orders
- Educate customers about nutraceutical products
- Promote offers, subscriptions, and new launches
- Handle customer queries related to products, usage, and benefits
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve retention
- Record customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, marketing) for issue resolution
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
