Placement Internship

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Placement Intern. The Placement Intern will be responsible for supporting recruitment activities, assisting in facilitating training sessions, coordinating with students and external partners, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. The role also involves providing outstanding customer service to students, ensuring their career development, and acting as a point of contact for placement opportunities.

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess and improve placement initiatives
• Effective Communication skills to coordinate with students, recruiters, and other stakeholders
• Customer Service expertise to assist students in their placement and career needs
• Experience or knowledge in Training and Development for enhancing employability skills
• Familiarity with Recruiting processes and strategies
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
