This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Delhi, India. The primary responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, providing timely support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and collaborating with other departments to improve services and processes.
