Roles And Responsibilities:-
Handle customer issues via call
Provide active updates to customers until the issue has been resolved.
To provides immediate assistance and expertise to ensure the smooth operation of technology and maximize its value.
Qualification:-
* Any Graduate candidates are Eligible
* Experience candidate with Minimum 2+ Years of Experience required with Documents
* Candidates with Excellent Communication skills required in both Written and Verbal
* Salary:- UPTO 3.39 LPA
* Work from office only.
* 2 Rotational week off.
* 5 days Working.
* Cab Facility in Odd Hours.
* Should have Basic Knowledge of Banking Process.
* Rotational shifts for Male candidates.
* Immediate joiner Require only.
