Job Role: Customer Service Executive Voice Process (Hewlett-Packard (HP) North America)

Location: Thane, Maharashtra

Process: Voice Customer Service (Technical Support)

Job Summary:

Hewlett-Packard (HP) North America is hiring Customer Service Executives for a voice-based technical support process. The role involves assisting customers with troubleshooting HP systems and providing effective solutions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls related to HP system technical issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical problems related to HP products.
  • Provide accurate information and step-by-step solutions to customers.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and maintain service quality standards.
  • Document customer interactions and follow company protocols.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: HSC (12th pass) or Graduate.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Communication: Strong English communication skills (C1/C2 level).

Work Schedule:

  • 24/7 rotational shifts.
  • 5 working days per week with 2 rotational week-offs.

Selection Process:

  1. HR Round
  2. AMCAT Assessment
  3. Floor Operations Interview

Compensation:

  • Up to 28,000 take-home per month (based on candidate profile and experience).
