About the Role
We are hiring Customer Care Support Executives - Voice Process. This role involves assisting customers with account, transaction, payment, and service-related queries, while ensuring a smooth and secure customer experience. Candidates with prior experience in customer service or banking will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls customers.
- Assist customers with account issues, transaction concerns, payment troubleshooting, and general support.
- Provide clear, professional, and customerfriendly communication.
- Resolve queries efficiently while maintaining PayPal compliance and quality standards.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) and low error rates.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduates or Undergraduates.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, preferably in Banking or Customer Support domains.
- AMCAT Requirement: B2 level | Minimum Score: 65
- Excellent verbal communication skills (English).
- Ability to handle customer interactions with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
