We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our Chat Support (Non-Voice Process) team.
Work Location: Gurugram Plot No. 398, Udyog Vihar Phase III, Sector 1 (Work from Office)
Role: Chat Support Executive (Non-Voice)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: 28,000 (In-Hand)
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months (Chat/Customer Support)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via chat support
Deliver prompt and accurate resolutions
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Ensure quality and compliance with company standards
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate (Any discipline)
Minimum 6 months of experience in Chat/Customer Support
Good typing speed (25–30 WPM)
Strong written communication skills
Immediate joiners preferred
preferred candidate profile
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Ability to work in rotational Shifts.
Good knowledge of Travel domain.
