Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer interactions through chat platforms professionally and efficiently.
• Understand customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.
• Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
• Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems.
• Follow process guidelines and compliance requirements.
Eligibility & Requirements:
• Freshers to 2 years of experience.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving ability.
• Prior Chat Support/BPO experience preferred.
• Qualification: BA, B.Com, B.Sc, MBA.
• Not Eligible: B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, BCA.
• Comfortable with rotational shifts and 100% Work from Office.
