Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
- Responsible for taking orders online post speaking to clients, exchange and problem solving, feedback gathering, reviews and contributing to sustainable relationships and trust building with our customers.
- Responsible for post-sales engagement with customers including follow-up on payment collection, customer access, account setup, etc.
- Data entry in various platforms.
Other Details:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
