We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-2 years of experience who are looking to start or advance their career in customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
