Customer Service Representative

NoBrokerHood caters to residents, management committees, and security personnel while offering additional services like home maintenance and property transactions. Recognized for its robust security measures, it holds the highest Level 1 PCI-DSS Certification, along with GDPR, PDPB 2019 compliance, and an ISO 27001 certification. Recently, NoBroker raised $5 million from Google to further expand and innovate the NoBrokerHood platform.

This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Tele Caller at NoBrokerHood. The Tele Caller will manage incoming and outgoing calls to engage with potential and existing clients, provide information about products and services, address inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly. Key responsibilities include maintaining a customer database, following communication scripts, building strong customer relationships, achieving call targets, and contributing to customer satisfaction and retention efforts.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and relationship building
• Persuasive and negotiation skills to handle sales and service inquiries
• Basic technical proficiency for managing customer databases and tools such as CRM software
• Active listening and problem-solving abilities to resolve customer concerns efficiently
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet daily call and conversion targets
• Relevant experience in customer service or telecalling is preferred but not mandatory
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus
• Proficiency in spoken English and fluency in regional languages is an advantage
