Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at our facility in the Mohali district. Responsibilities include providing high-quality customer service by effectively addressing customer inquiries and resolving concerns. The role involves maintaining a positive customer experience, ensuring customer satisfaction, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. The representative will handle customer communication through various channels, including phone, email, or chat support.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
  • Experience in managing Customer Experience and driving improvements through effective communication.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on resolving customer issues efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is appreciated but not mandatory.
  • Prior experience in a customer support or service role is preferred.
